Lead time is dependent on the availability of rooms. Should we have rooms available, confirmation will be emailed the same day provided payment is validated/received before 1800 hours.

Karkloof Safari Spa reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fees on cancellation of reservation/s. Karkloof Safari Spa will have the right to cancel a reservation should payment conditions not be adhered to. Payment due dates will be advised by our Reservations Department.
• INDIVIDUAL 30 days or less cancellation: 100% Cancellation Fee between 31 – 40 days cancellation: 50% Cancellation Fee Should a reservation be changed to a later date i.e. cancelling initial dates, the guest/s need to change to a date within 30 days of the original date in order to avoid Cancellation Fees.
• GROUPS Bookings are classified as a Group when reserving five suites or more
less than 30 days cancellation: 100% Cancellation Fee
between 31 – 60 days cancellation: 50% Cancellation Fee
between 61 – 90 days cancellation: 20% Cancellation Fee

Payment options and pricing
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Karkloof Safari Spa reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card please utilise one of the other payment options, or simply log off and return to the site at a later time to complete your booking.
EFT (electronic fund transfer)
Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to nominate Skema Holdings (Pty) Ltd T/A Karkloof Safari Spa as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique booking number in the reference line for your payment.
You may pay for your booking through a direct deposit. It’s exactly the same as doing an EFT payment, except you’ll have to go into your bank and physically make your direct deposit there. Please fax through your deposit slip to us on (086) 635 9331 to ensure your payment is confirmed and make sure your booking is secured.
